I would like to reply to this Profitus comment: "Reply from Profitus 2 days ago Thank you for your feedback. As you increase the size of your investment portfolio, it is natural that you may experience loan delays, but in our history of 1,600 funded projects, we have not experienced any direct loss to investors. Also, if a developer is late in making a payment, the investor is granted +5% increased annual interest." I have invested 1500 euros which will never be returned, and no annual interest is paid. It's direct fail of Profitus, but they refuse to compensate their mistakes.

Investing for several years already, but I have a feeling that the company has issues with delays and final returns lately.

I have got 2400e in interest in 2024. But my loans in default is for 4500e. Keep away from this company

Progressive company, good managment of projects.

Easy to invest, clear percentage of risk and also profit. Interest fee (return) is getting lower compered with 2023 and first half of 2024, same risk projects returned dropped from ~10% to 8%.

I liked high interest on invested amounts. But don't like many late interest or capital payments. It looks too risky. And payments are never on the same day as stated.

Very complicated method of refund, it discourages us from investing more. In other companies, you only need to enter the desired amount of money and within a couple of days they transfer your money to your bank account. thank you Pavel.

Die anfänglichen Erfahrungen mit Profitus waren positiv. Allerdings finde ich das neue Risiko-Scoring fragwürdig, weil es zu einer scheinbar besseren Bewertung der Investmentprojekte führt, obwohl sich deren Qualität nicht verändert hat. Projekte mit schlechtem Rating gibt es mittlerweile kaum noch. Seit Einführung des RoboInvest sind viele Projekt seit schnell voll investiert, so dass man mit Einzelanlagen selten zum Zug kommt. Man ist genötigt, RoboInvest trotz höherer Mindestanlage (200 statt 100 Euro) zu nutzen. Ich merke aber nicht, dass er auch funktioniert, sondern muss weiterhin manuell investieren.

Very convinien and user friendly platform. Safe and solid investment. In my portfolios just several project have payment delays.

Good experience during these 15 months. Too bad that the minimum investment amount is 100€, so when my account balance in underneath after interests and capital paiements, I have to wait to reinvest. Miss secondary market. Miss LTV criteria in the roboinvest personal strategies. My roboinvest strategy has not worked yet while being active.

This is not functioning. It is crashing.

I do not recommend this platform. I invested via Profitus for several years, believing that if an asset is mortgaged, in the event of failure, the investment would be recovered from the mortgaged property. However, it turns out this is not the case! A mortgage can be declared invalid by the court of law. Be cautious when investing, even if there is a mortgage and the project is assigned an "A" risk category.

Automated investment is missing. It takes time each time to login, select, invest. Instead, I would rather setup profile and let system invest automatically.
